The use of SIPs panel in the construction of houses in Spain has the advantage of not only being a quick form of building but also economical. Construction time to water tight depending on size would be between 4 and 7 days.

Due to the climate in Spain depending on the area, you may well have very mild winters as in Murcia and very hot summers or you may have the hot summers but the winters may be more like those in Great Britain in either case because of the high insulation factor of the SIPs method of construction the internal climate of your house would be stable in comparison to other building methods. This will allow for a considerable saving in fuel costs.

We are able to offer either a self build kit or any stage of construction up to fully finished with fitted kitchen and bathroom.

Exterior finishes can be anything from Stone to brick or Render to timber.

Plans would need to be agreed with Spanish architect and we would assist with the planning regulations and with local authorities.

If you send us a sketch of your ideas we will put these into a basic design, if they are acceptable to you we would then require a payment for producing full structural and engineering drawings, this charge will be discounted from the final account of any completed project.
